55% Pinot Grigio, 30% Zinfandel Rose, 15% Viognier
Vineyard Notes
Chenin Blanc vineyards, located in the Alta Mesa sub AVA of Lodi are at the base of rolling hills of the Sierra Foothills with clay loam soils and a slightly warmer climate. The Zinfandel Rosé comes from older sandy soils in the Jahant sub AVA and is known for being a cooler and windier climate. Symphony is grown south of Lodi in a warmer climate bringing intense fruit flavors.
