FAQs Regarding Your Shipment:

Do you ship to my state?  
We currently ship to the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Wyoming

Do I have to be present to sign for my wine?  
Since alcohol is a controlled substance, an adult 21 or over needs to sign for it. If that’s not convenient for you, consider shipping to a local UPS store.


What happens if I’m not home?  
UPS will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. If you’re concerned you won’t be home, consider shipping your wine to a Local UPS Store. If your wine is returned because you were not present, or did not pick up your wine from a Local UPS store in time, you have two options:

  1. Have us reship your wine to you for the cost of the shipping
  2. Have your money refunded, minus the posted shipping fees

What is a weather hold?   
When weather conditions are too hot or too cold to ship wine safely, your order may be placed on a weather hold.
